Join us diving in the beautiful Søgne archipelago. Catch your own dinner and learn how to prepare and cook a fantastic meal from the catch of the day!

Arrival on thursday :
for the early arrival divers is possible to dive from the house reef .
Dinner at your own residence.

Friday 2 dives: First dive crabs and some weeds that I will show you the type we will need to collect.
Lunch: Mozzarella home made by the local cheese shop run by an Italian friend follow by garlic bread. Second dive: a wall dive and collecting some mussels- kamskjell .Very important for the first event meeting on the pontoon where I will show how to open, clean them and of course we will cook them together following One Ocean recipe. ( By the way, we eat them !!! )
Dinner at your own residence.
As we arrive to the pontoon, we will start with the mussels event, how to clean them, cook them and of course we eat them!! Dinner: will follow with a born fire and eating “reke”, shrimp, Norwegian tradition always well use in the summer!!

Saturday 2 dives: as usual and we will collect some good sea food.
Between the dives we will fish some mackerel and we will cook and eat at the event point.
Dinner: will follow with a born fire and eating “reke”, shrimp, Norwegian tradition always well use in the summer!!

Sunday: departure day
